Jude Holmes

Known as “Momma Jude” to the Beyond HR team, Jude is wife to Tony, mom to two grown daughters (including Melissa), and proud grandmother of five. She’s spent her career navigating the financial, operational, and leadership sides of business with nearly two decades in government auditing and working with prestigious firms like Ernst & Young, to running her own retail business and later serving as CFO for a growing company. Jude joined Melissa as a partner in 2019, bringing with her certifications as a Certified Professional Bookkeeper, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and Virtual CFO. She has a knack for cutting through the noise, getting to the heart of the issue, and creating solutions that work. Clients trust her candor, her steady guidance, and her ability to make even the most complex financial matters feel manageable. Outside of work, she’s often traveling with Tony, exploring new places, hiking, or soaking up time with her kids and grandkids.
