Michelle is a devoted wife and mother of two grown children, happily married to her high school sweetheart for over 35 years. Throughout her career, she has alternated between corporate roles and sole proprietorship to be a stay-at-home mom and provide for her family. Most recently, Michelle worked in HR and Payroll before launching her own business to provide payroll and bookkeeping services to small to medium-sized companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and elementary education, along with certifications as a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, QuickBooks Online Payroll, and Xero Certified Advisor. Michelle joined Beyond HR in 2024 as a virtual assistant and is eager to make a meaningful contribution to the team for many years to come. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing Boggle, walking, and discovering new recipes to share with her husband, mother-in-law, and anyone who sits at her table.
